Yes. WhatsApp Business requires a phone with the app installed. Every two weeks you need to open the app on the phone — otherwise the link with the integration may break.
 
The WhatsApp Business app itself allows up to 4 devices on one number. Via ChatApp this limit is removed — any number of managers can work on the number in a single inbox. To reduce block risk during heavy messaging, we recommend scaling the number of agents gradually.
