Which CRM systems does ChatApp support?
Ready-made modules are available for Bitrix24, amoCRM and Yclients. For 1C, integration is set up via an installer with a guide. Any other CRM can be connected through the open API, webhooks or an embedded iFrame with the chat interface.
How much does the integration cost?
Connecting to a CRM is free. You only pay for the channels (messengers and social networks) you actually use. The first 3 days come with full access to every feature — that's the trial period.
How long does it take to connect?
Ready-made modules install in a day and don't require developers. iFrame and webhook integrations take a few hours. A full REST API connection is set up together with our developers — we help from the ChatApp side.
Which messengers can I connect to the CRM?
MAX, Telegram (Personal and Business), WhatsApp, WhatsApp Cloud API (WACA), VK and Avito. You can also work with email channels and a website widget through the unified ChatApp Dialogs interface.
Is chat history stored in the CRM?
Yes. Every conversation, file, voice note and delivery status is saved inside the customer card. When a manager is replaced or leaves the company, the conversation stays with the business — that's a key advantage over messengers on personal phones.
Can I start a conversation first from the CRM?
Yes. Using a phone number or @username, the manager can be the first to write on MAX, WhatsApp, Telegram or VK directly from a deal or lead card in the CRM. For WhatsApp Cloud API, template messages are available per Meta's rules.
Where is the data stored? Is it secure?
ChatApp provides local data storage for customers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Employee access to conversations can be restricted with roles and permissions.
