Choose a channel and a license term. The more days you want to transfer, the longer the license term you need.
Message ChatApp support on WhatsApp or Telegram and answer a few questions: where you are switching from, why you are leaving and how many days are left. Attach a screenshot from your account showing the remaining balance.
A ChatApp specialist will contact you and clarify the line and account ID the days should be credited to.
The remaining days are added to your ChatApp line on top of the paid license term.
Enter how many days are left with the other service, then choose a ChatApp plan and license term. We will show the price and how many days we credit.
We credit no more than 180 days
The estimate is approximate: 1 license month counts as 30 days. The term discount (10% for 6 months, 20% for 12 months) does not apply to the Start plan. Days are credited only to the same channel you buy in ChatApp.
A few simple rules so the trade-in works the first time
If the other service had a channel that ChatApp also offers, the remaining days can be credited.
Transferring WhatsApp, buying WhatsApp. Transferring Telegram, buying Telegram. Days from one channel cannot be credited to another.
Even if you have more days left, we can credit no more than 180 days.
If the channel you are coming from cannot be connected with us, the trade-in offer does not apply.
For example, you buy WhatsApp, MAX and Telegram, but you have remaining days only for WhatsApp and MAX. Then you need two lines: WhatsApp and MAX with the credited days on the first, Telegram without a transfer on the second.
A partner, regardless of status, can move their clients to ChatApp: the remaining days are credited under the general scheme. The partner reward or discount is calculated from the amount paid, as before.

We credit days to your line: it is simpler and more transparent for the customer. A discount for the remaining days is not offered.
No more than 180 days. The credit depends on the license: with a 1-month license we credit up to 30 days, with 6 months up to 90 days, with 12 months up to 180 days.
To credit 91 to 180 days you need a ChatApp license for at least 12 months. For 31–90 days 6 months is enough, for up to 30 days 1 month is enough.
No. The channel you transfer the balance from must match the channel you buy in ChatApp.
Unfortunately, the offer does not apply in that case: trade-in works only for channels we support.
