How to get the discount?

To get Live Chat for your website at the promotional price:

1. Purchase or renew any paid ChatApp channel except Live Chat for websites. Package plans (WhatsApp Cloud API conversations, ChatCoins Scenario AI, and VK Notify messages) are not eligible for the Promotion
2. Add “Live Chat for websites” to your cart.
3. Select Live Chat using the checkbox in the cart.
4. The promotional price will be applied automatically.
5. Live Chat will be activated for the paid period corresponding to the term of the purchased or renewed channel.

Live Chat is not added to the order automatically. You decide whether to add it.

Promotion terms

• The Promotion is available to ChatApp users who purchase or renew any paid ChatApp channel, except Live Chat for websites, during the Promotion period.
• Package plans and individual products that are not paid ChatApp channels are not eligible for the Promotion, including:
  • WhatsApp Cloud API conversations;
  • ChatCoins Scenario AI;
  • VK Notify messages.
• When the Promotion requirements are met, the user can purchase Live Chat for websites with an AI agent at the special price of $3.84/month instead of the standard price of $6.00/month when purchasing it for one month.
• When Live Chat is purchased for several months, its total price is calculated based on the number of paid months and any term- or quantity-based discounts applied to the order, if such discounts are provided under the current ChatApp plans.
• The promotional price applies to the paid period. At the next renewal, the standard Live Chat price of $6.00/month will apply unless another promotion is available on the renewal date
• Live Chat is not selected automatically. To activate it, the user must select the corresponding item in the cart.
• If the user does not select Live Chat or clears the checkbox, it will not be included in the order or increase the order total. The offer will remain available in the cart until the end of the Promotion period, provided the user continues to meet its requirements.
• If the contents of the cart change, eligibility for the promotional price is recalculated automatically:
  • if at least one paid ChatApp channel that meets the Promotion requirements remains in the cart, Live Chat can be purchased at the promotional price;
  • if all such channels are removed or are not renewed and only Live Chat remains in the cart, the promotional price will not apply and the standard price of $6.00/month will be charged.
• The Promotion is calculated separately for each line. Having Live Chat on one line does not prevent the user from taking advantage of the promotional offer for another line.
• No more than one Live Chat can be activated for a single line.
• If Live Chat is already activated on a specific line, the promotional offer will not be provided again for that line.
• Live Chat for websites does not qualify the user for a discount on Live Chat itself and cannot be used as the channel that fulfils the eligibility requirement for the Promotion.

If the contents of the cart change

• Eligibility for the promotional price is determined based on the contents of the cart when the order is placed.
• If the user removes all paid channels being purchased or renewed and only Live Chat remains in the cart, the Promotion requirements are no longer met. In this case, the standard Live Chat price of $6.00/month applies, subject to the current pricing terms.
• If the user adds or renews an eligible paid channel again, the option to purchase Live Chat at the promotional price becomes available again.

Promotion period

• The Promotion runs from September 14 through October 31, 2026, inclusive (until 11:59 p.m. Moscow time).
• To participate in the Promotion, its requirements must be fulfilled within the specified period.
• An invoice issued during the Promotion period and not paid by 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2026, will be cancelled on November 1, 2026. To receive an offer after this date, the user must place a new order under the terms in effect at the time the order is placed.
• Up-to-date information about the Promotion period is published on the ChatApp website.
• The Organizer may amend the Promotion terms or terminate the Promotion early by publishing a notice on the website at least three calendar days in advance. Changes will not affect orders that have already been paid

Compatibility with other offers

• The Promotion is available to users regardless of their plan type or customer status, provided they meet its primary requirements.
• Term- and quantity-based channel discounts available under the current ChatApp plans remain valid.
• If other special offers are available when the order is placed, whether they can be combined with this Promotion is determined by the terms of the corresponding offers.
