Yes. Connect any channel you use with ChatApp — for example WhatsApp or Telegram — and add Online Chat to the same order. The discount is applied as soon as you connect it.

Do I need to buy another channel to get the discount?

Yes. The Online Chat discount only applies together with a simultaneous purchase or renewal of another paid ChatApp channel. The standard price of Online Chat is $5/mo.

What happens to the price after the offer ends?

The price returns to $5/mo, unless another offer is active at the time of renewal.

I already have Online Chat connected — does the discount apply?

No, the offer only applies to a new connection of the Online Chat channel.

What if I change my cart after the discount is applied?

Eligibility for the discount is recalculated based on the final contents of your cart. If no channel other than Online Chat remains in the cart, the discount is cancelled. If another channel is added back to the original selection, the Online Chat discount is kept.

How to get the discount

Buy or renew any paid ChatApp channel other than website Online Chat (bundle plans — WhatsApp Cloud API dialogs, ChatCoins Scenario AI, VK Notify messages — are not eligible). Add "Website Online Chat" to your cart — the discounted price is applied automatically. Online Chat is never added to an order automatically: you decide whether to connect it.

Offer conditions

Meeting the offer's conditions lets you buy website Online Chat with a built-in AI agent at the special price of $3.20/mo instead of the standard $5/mo for a 1-month purchase.
For a purchase of several months, the final cost is calculated based on the number of paid months and any term/quantity discounts under the current ChatApp plans.
The discounted price applies for the paid period. On the next renewal, the standard price of $5/mo applies, unless another offer is active on the renewal date.
No more than one Online Chat can be connected per line. If Online Chat is already connected on a given line, the offer is not available again for that line.
Website Online Chat cannot itself be used as the qualifying channel for this offer.

If your cart changes

Eligibility for the discounted price is determined by the cart contents at checkout.
If at least one paid ChatApp channel that meets the offer's conditions remains in the cart, Online Chat can be purchased at the discounted price.
If all such channels are removed or not renewed and only Online Chat remains in the cart, the discount no longer applies and the standard price of $5/mo is charged.
If a qualifying channel is added or renewed again, eligibility for the discount returns.

Offer dates

The offer runs from September 14 to October 31, 2026 inclusive.
An invoice issued during the offer period and left unpaid by the end of October 31, 2026 is cancelled on November 1, 2026.
The organizer may change the offer's terms or end it early by publishing a notice at least 3 calendar days in advance; changes do not affect orders already paid for.

Compatibility with other offers

The offer is available to customers regardless of plan type or client status, provided its core conditions are met.
Term and quantity discounts under current ChatApp plans still apply.
If other special offers are active at checkout, whether they can be combined is determined by the terms of those offers — check with your account manager.
