How to request account deletion

Send an email to support@chatapp.online

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

In the email, provide the information needed to identify your account: phone number or email linked to the account.

Send the request and wait for confirmation from our support team.

What data will be deleted

After your request is processed, we will delete:

  • Your user account
  • Profile data (name, avatar, profile information)
  • Account-related usage data
  • Other account-related data, unless retention is required by law

What data may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required:

  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To prevent fraud or abuse
  • For accounting or technical record-keeping

Deletion and retention timelines

  • Account deletion requests are processed within 14 days
  • Deletable data is removed after request verification
  • Data required by law is retained for the legally required period and deleted afterward
