Software return policy from April 30, 2025
Can the ChatApp Software License be Returned or Exchanged?
No, ChatApp Software Licenses cannot be returned, exchanged, credited, transferred between tariffs, or otherwise modified after purchase. Once payment is made, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the software, and the contract is deemed fulfilled.

Legal Basis
Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK):
- Paragraph 4, Article 403 Civil Code RK: «Parties are not entitled to demand the return of what was fulfilled under an obligation prior to the termination or amendment of the contract, unless otherwise stipulated by legislative acts or mutual agreement.»
- Article 966 Civil Code RK: A License Agreement grants the right to use the software under agreed terms. After payment and commencement of use, refund requests are not applicable (clause 9.10. of the License Agreement).
Can the License Agreement Be Terminated?
Yes, you may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the software (clause 4.4.8. of the License Agreement). However:
- Termination does not block your access to the software.
- Termination does not entitle you to a refund or changes to your tariff plan.
