Consent to Receive Informational, Service and Advertising Messages

Hereby, acting freely, in accordance with my will and in my interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, I, in accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advertising," agree to receive from

• Limited Liability Partnership "ChatApp" BIN 220440025906, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter collectively and separately — ChatApp)

Information, service and other messages and any other advertising information in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, advertising and (or) information materials, including, but not limited to: ChatApp products and services, promotions, availability of individual (special) offers, conditions related to the purchase and use of new goods and services, participation in bonus programs, events, presentations, as well as mailings prepared as individual (individual) recommendations (hereinafter referred to as Advertising).

1. I am aware that the provision of this ChatApp Consent is: putting a separate tick in my personal account, on the site or application; or verbal confirmation; or sending confirmation via email or other available means.
2. By providing this Consent, I acknowledge and confirm that:
   • I have carefully and fully read this Consent, the text of the Consent is clear and understandable;
   • I act of my own free will and in my own interest;
   • all data required for distribution is reliable;
   • I have information that at any time during the term of this Consent I have the right to withdraw my consent.
3. I confirm that I have been notified of the Advertisement being sent to the telephone number and email address I have provided (including but not limited to) by:
   • SMS messages and messages in messengers;
   • e-mail mailings to e-mail address;
   • telephone calls;
   • push notifications;
   • other notifications of instant messengers both in the mobile application, in your personal account on the ChatApp website and through other communication channels that imply direct contact with me.

   The frequency of such Advertisements shall be determined and set by ChatApp at its sole discretion. Advertising is provided in Kazakh and (or) Russian, at the discretion of ChatApp and in another foreign language.

4. I hereby confirm that the phone number I have provided is the number registered by the mobile operator in my (or my legal representative's) name, email address is registered and belongs to me, as are the mobile devices I use to receive Ads. The information I receive is for my personal use only and will not be obtained by third parties who have not given ChatApp consent to receive advertising information.

   I agree to indemnify for any damage that may be caused by incorrect and/or inaccurate data being reported by me in full.

   I undertake to inform ChatApp immediately of any changes to these data by sending ChatApp a statement (message) in the manner specified in clause 6 of this Consent, or by e-mail ChatApp support-en@chatapp.online.

5. This Consent shall be valid from the time of performance of the action specified in Clause 1 of this Consent, indefinitely.
6. I acknowledge that I have been notified of the following:
   • If I do not wish to receive Advertising on the terms and conditions specified in this Consent, I should unmark the box "Agree to receive informational messages from ChatApp" by clicking on it.
   • I can change the settings of advertising mailings at any time or completely refuse to receive Advertising through the functionality of the Notifications section of My Account (to access the section you need to be authorized on the website or in the ChatApp application).
