When it might be needed
When creating a broadcast, there's not always certainty that the recipient will receive our message. At the very least, because the person may not be using the required messenger. There's no way to check this in advance, and the broadcast may end up being sent in vain.
How the chatbot can help
Before sending a message, the bot automatically checks if the person is present in that messenger. If not, it sends a notification. This way, you can understand with whom it's worth trying to contact through other means.
Scenario Example
A company sends out a mass advertising broadcast on Telegram. The bot notifies who isn't on Telegram, and for this list of contacts, a broadcast is created in another messenger or sent via email.
